We are experts in the high-end machining of parts with complex designs for a wide range of materials, including various steel types, aluminium, titanium, Inconel and suchlike. Our machinery includes 3- and 5-axis milling, turning, mill-turn machining, grinding and EDM (electrical discharge machining) equipment. For the most demanding high-precision production jobs we use 5-axis machining centres driven by hydrostatic bearings and guiding’s.
By continuously investing in our extensive machinery, we can address any manufacturing and production challenge. Our machining capabilities include specialised prototyping and one-piece manufacturing as well as cost-efficient series production.
We have advanced assembly lines and extensive tooling in house for the assembly of composite parts, complex modules and complete machines. Drawing from our engineering expertise, we can optimise the product layout and working procedures for efficient assembly in terms of cost and lead time.
In particular, we have an ISO 7 cleanroom and flow cabinets available for the assembly of clean products according to strict guidelines. Products are cleaned in our own facilities and for the highest cleanliness grades we turn to specialised process suppliers. For a final check of particulate cleanliness, we use UV-light testing.
We have a strict policy for quality and compliance with current legislation and standards. Accordingly, we devote a lot of attention to testing, covering qualification, quality inspection and safety checks, as well as fatigue and lifetime tests. We follow the latest developments in this field and constantly invest in new test methods and equipment, resulting in state-of-the-art testing facilities. Testing is being done as much in-house as possible, we can reduce the customer’s checks of incoming machined parts or facilitate a smooth site acceptance test for each newly delivered machine.
In addition, we combine our assessment expertise continuously with our engineering competences to develop and build custom made test solutions for each customer. This can be either a general testing application or product-specific testing equipment, both cases are conform the highest standards. Where needed, we coordinate the development of a test device for a specific products with that of the production machine concerned.
Our goal is to become your one-stop-shop. Therefore, you can hand over most of additional services which are needed for optimizing your processes. This can be a wide range of logistics and aftersales activities, complementing the supply of machined parts or complete modules. These services include special post-processing treatments, dedicated packaging of products to prevent contamination or shock damages, maintenance manuals and extensive operator instructions and trainings from our teams. Basically, our aim is to cover the full lifetime of products and provide the customer with adequate lifecycle support.
